Leadership
Prime Power was founded by Sean M. Carbonneau, a Master Electrician and electrical industry leader with more than 22 years of experience delivering complex federal and commercial electrical infrastructure across the United States, Guam, the Pacific, the Middle East, and India. Beginning his career in the field and advancing into senior leadership, he has specialized in mission-critical electrical systems, code-compliant installations, and power distribution within highly regulated and high-security U.S. government environments. His experience spans leading electrical teams, managing compliance-driven operations, and executing technically demanding scopes with precision and accountability. Prime Power reflects that foundation — electrical subject-matter expertise, disciplined execution, and direct leadership rooted in the trade itself.
Company Position
Prime Power is built on disciplined execution and steady control. We define the work clearly, price it carefully, and stay directly involved from start to finish. Planning always comes before production, and documentation supports performance instead of slowing it down. Our commitments are measured against schedule, specification, and code — not good intentions. We grow deliberately, not recklessly, because standards matter and scope deserves respect. Communication is straightforward. Safety is built into how we plan and sequence work, not treated as a separate program. Production and protection move together. Prime Power exists to deliver electrical construction that meets code, meets schedule, and exceeds the competition.
